Competitive gymnastics became her escape, providing the structure and discipline missing at home.

But after leaving the sport, food became her coping mechanism, leading to a 70-pound weight gain. It wasn’t until her 30s that Melanie began her healing journey, shedding not just the weight but the emotional clutter tied to her family's cycles of addiction.

Now, with over 20 years of experience as a weight loss coach, Melanie helps others break free from their own patterns by embracing the art of clutter-free living—mentally, emotionally, digitally, and physically.
